Parenting Tips: How to get your kids up early in the morning? Parenting Coach shares easy tips..

Parenting Tips: One of the biggest challenges for most parents is getting their children up on time for school. Often, children take time to get up, become irritable, or refuse to leave their beds despite repeated requests. This results in them arriving late to school every day. If you're also struggling with this problem, this article may be helpful. Parenting coach Riddhi Deorha shared a video on her Instagram handle. In the video, she shares some simple tips. Riddhi explains that by following these tips, your child will develop the habit of waking up early without stress. Let's find out how:

Number 1 - Create a Positive Morning Routine for Children
Parenting coaches say that children wake up easily when their mornings are happy and positive. You can create a light, fun atmosphere for them in the morning. Play a favorite song, dance with your child, play with their favorite toy, etc. This will encourage your child to wake up happily.

Number 2 - A Fixed Routine is Important
Captioning the video, the parenting coach adds, "If your bedtime and wake-up time change daily, your child's body will become disturbed. Try to ensure your child goes to bed and wakes up at the same time every day. This will set their body clock, and they will automatically wake up on time."

Number 3 - Provide Morning Motivation
Ridhi further suggests giving your child some motivation after waking up in the morning. For example, make them their favorite breakfast, give them a cute sticker or small reward as soon as they get out of bed, or make fun plans after school.

Number 4 - Avoid Power Struggles
Waking them up early in the morning with a scolding can make them irritable. Instead, wake them up calmly and lovingly. To reduce the morning rush, prepare their bag, uniform, and lunch box the night before. This will reduce the morning rush and keep them stress-free.
