Kids' school prep tips: Summer holidays are about to end now. Children's schools will open from July 1. In such a situation, children enjoying holidays may face some difficulties in going to school in the initial days. With the children's holidays ending, now is the time to bring them back into a disciplined routine and teach them some important skills. The last few days of the holidays are very important and can strengthen the child's mind, habits, and self-reliance. In this article, such important things are being told, which must be taught to the child before school starts.

Get used to returning to routine.
During summer vacation, some children start waking up late in the morning. Along with this, their day is more in screen time. The routine of holidays and the routine of the school day are different. Schools are about to open, so gradually get them used to the school time routine. This includes getting up on time in the morning, brushing, bathing, and having breakfast.
Eating lunch by oneself
At home, parents or grandparents feed the child every day, but in school, one has to handle his lunch, open the tiffin, and eat by himself. He should learn to eat lunch by himself, open and close the tiffin, and eat without spilling food. Also teach him to use a handkerchief, wash his hands before and after eating, and wipe his hands after eating.
Handling bags and belongings
Teach the child to carry his bag, keep the bottle, and lunch box, and identify the necessary items. It is also important to keep school books and stationery properly.
Teach toilet hygiene
If your child is going to school for the first time, then teach him the habit of going to the toilet, flushing, washing hands, and wearing pants properly. This is the first step towards self-reliance. If the child is small, then teach him to tell the teacher or get permission to go to the toilet.
Teach them to ask for help.
Teach the child about good and bad touch, not to talk to strangers and to ask for help from the teacher when needed. It is important that the child understands and learns self-defense and clarity.
Sharing and caring
Teach the child to make friends, and share his things with classmates. Along with this, teach him to stand in line, and say 'please' and 'thank you'. This will improve the child's social skills.

Arouse creativity and interest.
Make the child excited about school. Tell him stories about school, talk about learning new things. So that the child does not have fear of school in his mind and curiosity increases. This will make him go to school with enthusiasm after the holidays are over.
