This mantra calms the environment and also gradually reduces the restlessness of the child's mind.
How can a mother keep herself calm?
When the child is angry, the mother needs to control herself first. If the mother also starts shouting, then the matter will get worse. Therefore, adopt these simple measures.
Speak softly: Your voice matters a lot to the child during anger. You can divert his attention with a calm voice.
Take 3 deep breaths: When the child is angry, instead of reacting immediately, take 3 deep breaths and bring yourself in balance.
Look into the eyes of the child and say: “I understand you are angry. Let's sit and talk.”
Do not leave him alone: If the child is angry, leaving him alone is not the right way. Stay near him so that he feels safe.

Some more simple measures

3. Give an anger diary: If the child is a little older, give him a diary in which he can write his thoughts in anger. This lightens the mind.
