Bus tickets are cheaper, but they are usually crowded. Several hotels and travel agencies also offer special tour packages for Republic Day.

Security and Important Precautions
Please note that there is strict security checking upon arrival at the Wagah Border. Carrying any bags, lighters, sharp objects, power banks, umbrellas, etc., is prohibited. Only mobile phones, cameras, ID cards, and water bottles are allowed. Keep these things in mind:
