You can make it once and enjoy it for many days. Mix it with ice water in a glass whenever you want and serve.

Ingredients

Rose petals - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 kg
Citric acid/tartaric acid - 1 pinch

Recipe

- First of all, Rooh Afza has to be prepared. For this, take rose petals and wash and clean them thoroughly.

- After this, put rose petals and some water in the mixer and make a paste.

- Then put half a cup of water, rose paste, and sugar in a pan and cook it on medium flame while stirring.

- After this, when this paste starts thickening slightly, add citric acid to it and keep stirring this paste.

- When it thickens completely, take it off the gas. After this, let this paste cool down and when it cools down, filter it.

- Now to make Rooh Afza Sharbat i.e. rose syrup, add two tablespoons of Rooh Afza in four glasses of water and mix it well.

- After this, you can also add chopped strawberries to it. Now it is ready to serve.
