Salman Khan Doesn’t Keep Track of His Wealth, Spends Freely – Here’s Why

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan recently opened up about his approach to money in an interview, revealing that he doesn’t bother keeping track of his vast fortune. Unlike many celebrities who meticulously manage their wealth, Salman believes in spending rather than saving.

"I Don’t Know If I Even Understand Money"

Speaking to ET NOW, Salman Khan admitted that he doesn’t know if he truly understands money. He said:
"I don’t have the habit of locking up money in a vault. I don’t hold onto it tightly. It comes and goes."

The actor credits his family's generosity for his carefree attitude toward finances. He shared, "My father is generous, my mother is generous, and she even shakes off money when she has it. So, money comes and goes – it’s just how we are."

Legal Expenses & Financial Struggles

Salman also humorously pointed out that he constantly needs money, mainly due to legal expenses.
"Whenever a report comes out or a case is filed, for others, it’s just news. But for me, it means heading straight to my lawyers. The money may be handled by others, but it always comes from my pocket!" he joked.

Just Started Signing Checks

When asked whether he personally manages his finances, Salman laughed and admitted:
"I only recently started signing my own checks."

Salman Khan’s Net Worth

Despite his carefree attitude, Forbes estimates Salman Khan’s net worth at ₹2,900 crore ($350 million). He has invested in multiple businesses, including Being Human, a fitness and clothing brand.

Upcoming Film: 'Sikandar'

Currently, Salman is gearing up for his next big release, ‘Sikandar’, directed by A.R. Murugadoss. The high-action drama is set to hit theaters on March 30, 2025.
