Salman Khan will be seen in the role of an army officer in the Apoorva Lakhia-directed film 'Battle of Galwan'. The film is based on the conflict between India and China in the Galwan Valley in 2020. In a recent conversation with PTI, Salman Khan talked about his character in the film. He also talked about his effort for this role.

Salman Khan's focus on tough training

Salman Khan says, 'The character of the film 'Battle of Galwan' is physically challenging for me. Every day, it is getting more difficult. I have to give more time for training. Earlier, I used to train for this film in one or two weeks. Now I am running, doing kickboxing. It is necessary to do all this for the film.'

Salman Khan further says, 'When I was doing the film 'Sikander', its action was different, that character was different. But the role of 'Battle of Galwan' is physically different and difficult. For this, I have to shoot on the high mountains of Ladakh and in cold water, which is a challenging task.'

When is the shooting starting

Salman Khan is very excited about the film 'Battle of Galwan'. Salman Khan says, 'When I was signing the film, I thought it was an amazing story, but it is a very difficult film. I have to shoot for 20 days in Ladakh. We will start shooting this month.' According to some media reports, the film 'Battle of Galwan' may be released in January or June next year. Salman Khan says that this film will be released in January.

Update given about Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2

At the press event of the second season of the Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL), Salman Khan has also given an update about his film 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2'. He says, 'I liked the film 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'. The emotional angle will be the same in the new film but the story will be different.
