Remedies with a Lamp on Saturday: The second day of the Krishna Paksha (dark half) of the Paush month falls on Saturday, December 6th. On this day, the Sun will be in Scorpio and the Moon in Gemini. There is no special festival on this day, but you can observe a fast on Saturday. Performing the lamp remedy on this day can free you from the ill effects of Saturn and remove negativity from your life with the blessings of Saturn.

According to the Drik Panchang, the Abhijit Muhurta will begin at 11:51 AM and end at 12:33 PM, and the Rahu Kaal will be from 9:36 AM to 10:54 AM.

Lamp Remedy on Saturday

It is believed that Lord Shani resides in the Peepal tree. If there is no Shani temple near your house, you can light a lamp under a Peepal tree. If, for any reason, a person cannot observe a fast or perform puja, they should definitely light a lamp with mustard oil or donate mustard oil every Saturday. During the puja, offer puri and khichdi made with black urad dal to Lord Shani and perform the aarti.

It is mentioned in the ancient scriptures that merely observing a fast on Saturday or worshiping Lord Shani according to the prescribed rituals frees a person from the effects of Shani's Sade Sati and Dhaiya. You can start the Saturday fast from the first Saturday of any Shukla Paksha (bright half) and observing 7 Saturday fasts frees you from the wrath of Saturn and brings success in every field.
