What to Eat After Heat Stroke: In May, the mercury in many places has crossed 42 degrees. In many places, the heat wave has started blowing so strongly that it is becoming difficult to go out of the house. In this season, the body not only gets dehydrated due to heat stroke, but also due to this, the problem of stomach upset is also seen among the people.

After the stomach is upset, one feels hungry, but doctors forbid eating anything heavy. In such a situation, here we are going to tell you about a simple dish, by consuming which your stomach will remain healthy and you will also get the taste. We are talking about simple khichdi, which is very easy to make. Here we are going to tell you the easiest way to make khichdi.
Ingredients for making Moong Dal Khichdi
Rice – 1/2 cup
Moong dal – 1/2 cup
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Salt – according to taste
Asafetida – a pinch
Ghee – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
Method of making Khichdi
It is the summer season, so even if the stomach is not upset, one should consume Khichdi in between. This gives a lot of relief to the stomach. To make it, first of all, you have to wash the rice and lentils thoroughly and soak them for 15-20 minutes. If you want, soak it together.
Method of making Khichdi
After soaking both things for 20 minutes, put some ghee in a cooker and let it heat up. When the ghee gets hot, add turmeric, cumin seeds, and a little asafoetida to it.
After this, put the soaked lentils and rice in the cooker and fry lightly. Meanwhile, add salt and mix it, and then add water as per the requirement.
After adding water, cover the lid and cook till 2-3 whistles. Turn off the gas after three whistles. Now when the cooker cools down, open it and mix the khichdi a little.

Now add chopped coriander leaves to it and serve it hot. Along with this, you can also eat curd raita or curd by adding only salt. Consuming both these things will give relief to your stomach.
