Hormones are produced by the body's important glands and affect almost every function of the body. Maintaining their balance is crucial, and yoga is a natural and effective way to achieve this. Certain yoga poses stimulate hormone-related glands and help keep them in balance. So let's learn about some such yoga poses and the correct way to perform them.

Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand)
This pose activates the thyroid and pituitary glands and helps maintain overall health.
