Method of preparation
First, boil the macaroni with salt and a little oil, then drain and rinse with cold water so it doesn't stick together. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the carrots, bell peppers, sweet corn, and broccoli until slightly crunchy. Now add the paneer pieces and cook for 2 minutes. Now add the boiled macaroni and mix well. Sprinkle low-fat cheese, herbs, and black pepper powder on top and cook covered on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, black pepper, and honey to balance the flavors. Add the boiled macaroni to the sauce and mix in the fresh basil leaves. If desired, sprinkle some low-fat cheese on top and serve to children.
