It is said that women should not be asked about their age. If asked, they tell a lesser age because it is believed that women are afraid of aging. Our society does not accept their increasing age because the thinking is that after menopause a woman does not remain a 'woman'. But now aging has started becoming glamorous. There was a time when Bollywood actresses were trolled for having grey hair or wrinkles. Aishwarya Rai and Kareena Kapoor have become victims of this but Zeenat Aman, Shalini Passi, and Malaika Arora have proved that age is just a number. Women can look beautiful at every age.

Older women are smarter.
Psychiatrist Muskaan says that a 50-year-old woman is smarter than a 20-year-old girl. She knows how to talk to a person, how to behave, and how to control emotions. She understands the world and people very well. Women's wrinkles and their white hair are their experience which makes them wise and smart.
It is important to take care of yourself in menopause.
The pre-menopause stage can start anytime after the age of 40. In this, periods start becoming irregular. According to the American Menopause Society, these changes in the body can last from 4 to 8 years. When periods do not come for 1 year, it is considered menopause. Menopause is a very difficult time for a woman. At this time, hormones in the body keep fluctuating, due to which symptoms like anger, irritability, sadness, back pain, and hot flashes are seen. At this time, the woman needs to change her lifestyle. It is important to focus on a good diet, meditation, sleep, and exercise.
Focus on diet and exercise.
Weight often increases during or after menopause at an older age. During this time, it is very important to focus on yoga or exercise and diet. Include walking or jogging in your routine. Exercise 5 days a week. You can also go cycling or swimming. Apart from this, drink lots of water so that dehydration does not occur. If water is consumed according to body weight, then weight remains under control and the skin also does not become dry and lifeless, due to which wrinkles do not appear much.
Choose clothes wisely
Women often wear light colors like white, and cream in old age, whereas there is no such rule. Colors are made for people of all ages. Bright shades can be worn even in old age. Apart from saree, western fusion can also be done in suits. Take care of layering. A layer of dark color dress on the monochromatic outfit makes the height longer and the look stylish. Wear a top with jeans and carry a jacket over it or you can wear a jacket over a maxi dress. Wear a midi or maxi dress instead of a mini. Wear only a dress with sleeves at this age.
Premature aging is increasing
Skin expert Dr. Reena Khare says that earlier aging was visible around 50 years but nowadays due to bad lifestyle, pollution, stress, smoking, drinking, increasing use of mobile and less sleep, wrinkles are visible at the age of 30. No one can control aging. But aging can be avoided with some habits. For this, apply sunscreen daily, drink lots of water, include vitamins and proteins in the diet, do meditation, get enough sleep, and do facial yoga. Avoid smoking and drinking.
The market has made aging glamorous
Nowadays anti-aging products are being sold a lot on TV, the internet or in newspapers. These products have presented aging as a horror but ageing is not ugly, but beautiful. Many brands have proved that aging is also glamorous by showing old models fashionable instead of young models in their advertisements. A jewellery brand and a financial application made 70s actress Zeenat Aman their brand ambassador, thus proving that a woman can look beautiful and smart at every age. It would be a big mistake to consider her stagnant.
