The sequel to JP Dutta's directed Border, Border 2, has been made by Anurag Singh. The story of the first film revolved solely around the Battle of Longewala, but this time the story revolves around the 1971 war involving the Air Force, Army, and Navy.

JP Dutta's daughter, Nidhi Dutta, co-produced Border 2, while Anurag Singh directed it. Just as the first film drew audiences to theaters, Border 2 also saw packed houses.

The film raked in huge profits during its opening weekend and the Republic Day holiday, and this success wasn't limited to India; Border 2 is making waves internationally as well.

Border 2's Worldwide Collection
Border 2 has recovered its budget in just 6 days. Yes, the film's worldwide collection has reached nearly 300 crore rupees. According to Sacnilk, by the sixth day, Border 2 had earned 37 crore rupees in overseas markets. This means the total collection is 292.1 crore rupees, which may be slightly higher or lower than the official figures.

Talking about the domestic box office, Sunny Deol and his army's charm was evident in India. The film has earned 213 crore rupees so far. The film's lowest collection in these 6 days was on Wednesday. It earned 13 crore rupees at the domestic box office on that day.
