If you also want to make something special but do not have any time, then prepare Kimami Seviyan which can be prepared in less time. Here we are going to tell you the easy method of making Kimami Seviyan so that you can also make your guests and family happy by feeding them this special sweet.

Ingredients to make Kimami Seviyan
1 cup thin vermicelli
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp ghee
¼ cup dry coconut
2 tbsp chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
½ tsp cardamom powder
Method
To make Kimami Seviyan, first of all you have to take very fine vermicelli. Now heat some ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, add the vermicelli to it and fry it. Fry it till it becomes golden. When its color changes, take it out and keep it aside. While frying the vermicelli, keep in mind that the gas should be very low, otherwise it will burn.
When the vermicelli is fried, add coconut and dry fruits to the same pan and fry them. When these are also fried, remove them and keep them aside and now it is time to make syrup. To make syrup, put water in a pan and add sugar to it. Keep stirring it till it dissolves properly. Keep in mind that it should not be made very thick yet.

When it is cooked, add roasted vermicelli to it and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. When the water dries up completely and the vermicelli thickens, add cardamom powder and mix it. Finally add roasted dry fruits to it and mix it. Your Kimami Vermicelli is ready.
