**Ingredients for Mango Mojito**
2 Raw Mangoes (*Kairi*)
1/2 cup Water
4 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
3/4 teaspoon *Chaat Masala*
1/2 teaspoon Black Salt
Chilled Soda (for topping)
**Method for Preparing Mango Mojito**
First, peel the raw mangoes and cut them into thin, long strips. Rinse the cut mango pieces with water. Pour half a cup of water into a pan, add the cut mangoes, and bring them to a boil. Once the water has evaporated, allow the mangoes to cool down completely. Now, transfer the cooked mangoes into a blender jar. Add the sugar and fresh mint leaves to the jar as well. Blend the mixture thoroughly until it forms a smooth paste.
Next, take a glass. Add two tablespoons of this prepared paste to the glass. Then, add half a teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, the red chili powder, and the *Chaat Masala*. Add black salt to taste, pour in 2–3 tablespoons of chilled soda, and mix everything well. Finally, top up the glass by filling the rest with chilled soda.
