Crispy Tofu Recipe: Whenever something quick and tasty is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is fast food and unhealthy junk food. How to Make Tofu Recipe
Ingredients:

Tofu - 200 grams
Salt - to taste
Oil - for shallow frying
For the crust:
Salted edamame - 50 grams (coarsely ground)
Panko - 3 tablespoons
Togarashi - 2 teaspoons
For the slurry:
Cornflour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
For the sauce:
Gochujang - 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
Water - 2 tablespoons
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Method:

To make this dish, first squeeze the tofu for 10-15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Cut it into thick cubes and sprinkle lightly with salt. Coarsely grind the salted edamame, but leave a little grainy. Mix it with the panko and togarashi in a bowl. Whisk the cornflour, water, and salt until smooth and a slightly thick batter forms. Dip the tofu pieces into the batter and shake off any excess. Then coat them evenly with the edamame-panko mixture, coating them evenly on all sides. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Shallow fry the tofu until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Combine gochujang, soy sauce, water, vinegar, and sugar in a small pan. Cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes, until slightly thickened and shiny. Pour this batter over the crispy tofu to make it even crispier, or mix it lightly just before serving.
