Ingredients for Tricolor Paratha:
Wheat flour
Carrots (for saffron color)
Spinach (for green color)
Yogurt
Salt
Ghee
Water

Method:

To make Tricolor Paratha, first prepare carrot and spinach purées.
Boil the carrots well or grind raw carrots to make a purée.
Similarly, boil and grind the spinach to prepare its purée.
Now, in one bowl, add the carrot purée to the flour and knead it well.
Then, in another bowl, knead the flour with the spinach purée.
Now, prepare plain dough for the white part of the paratha.

Now you have three colors of dough ready – carrot dough (saffron), spinach dough (green), and plain dough (white).
Take equal portions of dough from all three colors, place them together, and roll them out into the shape of a paratha.
Placing the three colors of dough together will make it look like the Indian tricolor flag.

Now, heat a griddle and cook the Tricolor Paratha on it.
After cooking it well on both sides, remove it and apply ghee.
Serve this delicious Tricolor Paratha with pickle and yogurt.
This paratha makes Republic Day special for children and the family.
