The glimpse clearly depicts the atrocities committed in India during the British Raj, the drought-inducing policies, and widespread exploitation. The film will showcase the brutality of the British era and the story of a hero.

When will ‘Ranbali’ be released?
'Ranbali' is a pan-India film being made on a grand scale. The film is directed by Rahul Sankrityan, who previously worked with Vijay on ‘Taxiwaala’. This is Vijay and Mythri Movie Makers' third film together (they previously collaborated on ‘Dear Comrade’ and ‘Kushi’). The music is composed by the renowned duo Ajay-Atul. Arnold Vosloo will be seen in the role of the villain (as Sir Theodore Hector). The film will be released worldwide on September 11, 2026. This film will reunite Vijay and Rashmika after ‘Geetha Govindam’ and ‘Dear Comrade’, which has fans very excited.
