5 Types Of Biryani: It is not possible to talk about Eid and not mention biryani. Because on Eid, different types of biryani are made in every house. After Ramadan, on Eid, along with biryani, sweet vermicelli is also made. Making vermicelli is easy, but often women do not know how to cook biryani.
That is why we are going to give you recipes for making five different types of biryani here. By making this type of biryani, you can invite your friends, relatives, and other guests.

Mughlai Biryani
To make Mughlai Biryani, you will need 2 cups of Basmati rice, 500 grams of chicken, 1 cup of curd, cream, 2 onions (thinly sliced), 1 tomato (chopped), ginger-garlic paste, lots of dry fruits, 1 pinch of saffron (dissolved in milk), 1 teaspoon of garam masala, salt, cloves, cardamom, 2-3 cinnamon sticks, coriander-mint leaves, 2 teaspoons of ghee. To make this, first marinate the chicken with curd, cream, ginger-garlic paste, and garam masala for 30 minutes so that the spices get mixed completely.
While this is kept, boil the rice at 70 percent. Keep in mind that leave a little work in it, because it will get cooked even after dum. Now heat ghee in a pan, add spices to it, and fry the onion properly. When the onion is fried, mix tomatoes in it and cook. Finally, add chicken and salt and let it cook.
When the chicken is cooked, prepare layers of biryani in a separate pan. Add some saffron milk and coriander on top. Finally, pack it for 15 minutes and let it cook. Now serve hot. The addition of cream, nuts, and dry fruits makes this biryani mildly sweet, while the spices and saffron provide depth and aroma.
Hyderabadi Biryani
To make this, you will need 2 cups of basmati rice, 500 grams of mutton, 1 cup of curd, 4-5 green chilies, 2 onions (chopped), 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 cup of coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon mutton masala, cloves, salt, cardamom, red chili, bay leaf, and ghee. Before preparing this, remember that Hyderabadi biryani is quite spicy.
In such a situation, when you want to make it, first marinate the mutton with curd, salt, and spices and leave it for 2 hours. While it is marinating, boil the rice a little. Now put ghee in a separate pan and fry the onion in it. After this, put all the spices in the same pan and cook till the fragrance comes. When the spices are roasted, let the mutton cook. Finally, put rice and mutton in layers. After steaming it for some time, serve it hot.
Lucknowi Biryani
To make it, you will need 2 cups of Basmati rice, 500 grams of mutton, 1 cup of curd, 2 onions (thinly chopped), 1 tomato (chopped), 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 pinch of chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 pinch of saffron.
Now it is time to prepare it, so to prepare it, first marinate the mutton well in curd, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and spices. Now cook the rice halfway and keep it aside. After this, heat the ghee in a pan and brown the onion. Then add tomatoes and mutton and cook.
Now add rice and mutton in layers. Add saffron milk on top and cook on dum for 10-15 minutes. The specialty of Lucknowi biryani is that it has the taste of all the spices, but no spice is visible in it. All the spices are ground and added.
Shahi Biryani
To make it, you will need 2 cups of Basmati rice, chicken/mutton 500 grams, curd 1 cup, cashew-almond ¼ cup, garam masala 1 teaspoon, milk 1 cup, saffron - 1 pinch, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon 3-4, ghee 3 teaspoons, green coriander. To make it, first marinate the chicken or mutton with curd, garam masala, and spices for 2-3 hours.
Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the rice, add cashew-almond and spices. Then add marinated chicken and cook. Now add rice and meat in layers. Add saffron milk and green coriander and cook on dum for 15 minutes. You can serve it hot.

Dhaba Style Biryani
To make this, you will need 2 cups of Basmati rice, 500 grams of chicken, 2 onions (chopped), 1 tomato (chopped), 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 2-3 green chilies, 1 cup of curd, cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and salt.
To prepare this, first marinate the chicken in curd, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies and spices for 1-2 hours. Now heat oil in a pan, add onion, and fry it. Then add tomatoes and spices and cook. Add chicken and cook and then layer it with rice. Cook on dum for 10-15 minutes.
