Following his performance in *Border 2*, which won over many fans, significant news has emerged concerning *Sanki*—specifically regarding the casting of its lead actress.

The actress chosen for *Sanki* has previously appeared in a film alongside Sunny Deol. We can now reveal which actress will be seen playing a pivotal role alongside Ahan Shetty in *Sanki*.

Medha Rana to feature alongside Ahan in *Sanki*
Both Ahan Shetty and Medha Rana appeared in the film *Border 2* earlier this year, though they did not share any scenes together. Now, reports indicate that the two are set to collaborate on another project—one in which they will share plenty of screen time.

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala had officially announced *Sanki* starring Ahan in 2024, but the project was subsequently put on the back burner. Later, director Tinu Desai decided to move forward with a film of the same title, featuring Ahan. Sajid granted the rights to Tinu, and the film is currently being shot in Bhopal. Medha will be seen playing the role of Ahan’s girlfriend in the movie.

According to reports from within the film industry, Medha Rana waited quite some time after *Border 2* before signing her next project; she was particularly drawn to the script of *Sanki*. Before filming began, Medha spent nearly two months participating in various workshops and training sessions tailored for the movie. In addition to romance, the film will also feature a significant amount of action.
