First of all, wash the aloe vera leaves thoroughly. After this, soak them in cold water for 10-15 minutes. This will remove the yellow latex (aloin) present in aloe vera, which can irritate the skin. With the help of a sharp knife, cut both sides of the aloe vera leaves and then cut it lengthwise from the middle. Now take out the pulp inside with the help of a spoon or knife and keep it in a bowl.
Now put the aloe vera pulp in a blender and add 1 vitamin-C capsule, 1 vitamin-E capsule, and 1-2 teaspoons of honey to it. Also run the blender for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture becomes completely smooth and gel-like consistency. When the mixture is ready, fill it in an airtight container and store it in the fridge.
