How to get an Ayushman Vay Vandana Card?
The process of obtaining this card is very easy and can be done from home. To do this:

First, download the Ayushman App from the Google Play Store on your mobile phone.
Open the app and log in using the Beneficiary or Operator option.
Select your mobile number, captcha, and authentication method.
Then fill in your state and Aadhaar card details.
If your name does not appear in the list, complete the e-KYC through OTP.
Fill in your personal information and declaration form.
Verify with the OTP received on your mobile.

Now, enter your category and PIN code.
You can also add other family members if you wish. Once all the information is verified and found to be correct, your Ayushman Vaya Vandana card will be issued.
