Preparations are going continuously for the 18th season of IPL, the 18th season of IPL is going to start on March 22, for which BCCI has released the schedule of IPL matches, under which 74 matches will be played in 65 days, this time BCCI has implemented new rules for IPL 2025 regarding IPL, according to which now family members and friends of the players will not be allowed to enter the dressing room, this rule will be applicable for both practice and match days, whereas earlier this rule was applicable only on match-day, along with this, it will be mandatory for the players to travel by team bus in the tournament.

According to the information, BCCI has given this information to all the franchises through mail, apart from the family, only the accredited staff will be able to go to the dressing room and the playing field during the practice match, apart from these things, BCCI has also set the rules for the match day, according to which sitting in front of the LED boards will not be allowed during the match, players will have to wear orange and purple caps.
Family and friends will travel in a separate vehicle and can watch the practice from the hospitality area, as well as practice before the match, teams will get 2 nets in the practice area and 1 side wicket on the main ground, open nets will not be allowed, apart from this, other rules have also been set which the players will have to follow.

It has also been informed in the mail of BCCI that if the situation in Rajasthan Cricket Association does not improve then IPL matches will not be organized in Jaipur next year. Let us tell you that there was a long-running dispute between RCA and Sports Council regarding organizing IPL matches in Jaipur in which RCA's ad hoc committee has also been claiming to host the matches. Let us tell you that it has been decided to jointly give the hosting of some IPL matches to Rajasthan Royals and Sports Council. Rajasthan Royals have bought 14 players for Rs 40.7 crores.
