Special Recipe: Who doesn't love brownies? They look as good as they taste. They are loved by everyone, from children to the elderly. However, brownies found in the market or bakeries are made using chemical processes, which, while tasty, can be harmful to health. Therefore, you can make them at home.

Homemade brownies are completely safe and delicious. Many people think it's very difficult to make them at home, but that's not true. They can be easily made without any special equipment. In today's special recipe, we will tell you an easy recipe for making homemade brownies.
What you need: According to food blogger Chhaya Raghuvanshi, to make brownies at home, you will need 1 cup of dark chocolate, half a cup of unsalted butter, a little more than half a cup of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, a quarter teaspoon of salt, three-quarters of a cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, a little more than half a cup of thick yogurt, 1 small cup of chocolate chips or as needed, and half a cup of chopped walnuts.
Method: Food blogger Chhaya Raghuvanshi explained that first, put the chocolate and butter in a glass bowl and melt them slowly using the double boiler method, so that the chocolate doesn't burn and retains its flavor. Once the mixture is completely smooth, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. Now add the sugar and mix well. Then add the yogurt and whisk with a hand whisk or spoon until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform. Finally, add the vanilla essence and whisk lightly again to enhance both the aroma and taste.
Now take a sieve and sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt through it. Sifting makes the cake texture light and fluffy. Gradually add this dry mixture to the prepared chocolate mixture and gently fold it in with a spatula or spoon. Remember not to overmix, otherwise the brownies may become tough. Once the mixture is well combined, add the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips and mix gently once more so that the dry fruits are evenly distributed.

Now take a heavy-bottomed pan and spread a thick layer of salt or sand at the bottom to ensure the cake bakes evenly. Place a stand or an inverted bowl on top of it. Now grease the cake tin with butter and pour the prepared batter into it. Then place the tin on the stand, cover the pan, and cook on very low heat for 40 to 45 minutes. Do not open the lid for the first 20 minutes. After the stipulated time, check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the brownies are ready. Once cooled, cut into equal pieces and, if desired, garnish with melted chocolate or whipped cream before serving.
