Ingredients:
- 1 packet chips
- ½ cup milk
- 6 cheese cubes
- 2 tsp peri peri masala
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 4 tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 capsicum (finely chopped)
- 5 sprigs coriander leaves (chopped)
- 2 green chillies (chopped)
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Cheese Sauce
- In a double boiler, heat milk and cheese cubes together.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts completely.
- Add peri peri masala, mix well, and let the sauce cool.
- Once cooled, blend it into a smooth sauce and transfer it to a bowl.
Step 2: Prepare the Chaat Mixture
- In a bowl, mix onions, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander, green chillies, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.
- Toss everything well to combine the flavors.
Step 3: Assemble the Chaat
- Spread the chips on a serving plate.
- Place the chaat mixture in the center.
- Drizzle the cheese sauce generously over the chips.
