  • 1 packet chips
  • ½ cup milk
  • 6 cheese cubes
  • 2 tsp peri peri masala
  • 2 onions (finely chopped)
  • 4 tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 5 sprigs coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 2 green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Cheese Sauce

  1. In a double boiler, heat milk and cheese cubes together.
  2. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts completely.
  3. Add peri peri masala, mix well, and let the sauce cool.
  4. Once cooled, blend it into a smooth sauce and transfer it to a bowl.

Step 2: Prepare the Chaat Mixture

  1. In a bowl, mix onions, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander, green chillies, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Toss everything well to combine the flavors.

Step 3: Assemble the Chaat

  1. Spread the chips on a serving plate.
  2. Place the chaat mixture in the center.
  3. Drizzle the cheese sauce generously over the chips.
