If you like sweets, then you can try a very unique sweet dish called coconut phirni. It is cooked with ground rice, cardamom powder, sugar, milk, and a pinch of saffron. After this, you can garnish it with chopped almonds and raisins. This sweet is very tasty. You can also make it on any special occasion. If there is a festival or a party, then this dish will make it even more special. It is so delicious that you feel like having it again and again. It is very easy to make. Let us tell you that coconut water is very beneficial for health in the summer. It keeps you fresh and cool. Dishes made from coconut are quite popular. It contains nutrients like fiber, manganese, iron, zinc, phosphorus, and potassium.

Ingredients
Ground green cardamom – 1/2 tsp
Water – 2 cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Ground rice – 4 tsp
Saffron – 1 pinch
Coconut cream – 2 cups chopped
Milk – 2 cups
For garnishing
Chopped almonds – 1 1/2 tsp
Raisins – 1/2 tsp
Recipe
- First, take a deep bottom pan, add water and rice powder to it.
- Mix till there are no lumps left in the mixture.
- Once done, place the pan on medium flame and let it boil.

- After this, add chopped coconut cream, milk, sugar along with saffron. Lower the flame.
- Make sure to keep stirring it the whole time. When it thickens, add cardamom powder to it.
- Stir for one more minute and turn off the gas.
- Take out the phirni in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped almonds and raisins.
- Serve it hot or cold as per your choice.
