1. Frequent Thirst
If you experience frequent thirst, it is the body's primary signal indicating a need for water.
When the body's water levels drop, the brain triggers a sensation of thirst to prompt you to consume fluids.
If you fail to drink water even after feeling thirsty, the dehydration can worsen.
Often, neglecting to drink water can significantly exacerbate your health issues.
2. Dry Mouth and Throat
A lack of water reduces saliva production in the mouth, resulting in a dry sensation in both the mouth and throat.
This is not only uncomfortable but can also make speaking and eating difficult.
Persistent dryness serves as a clear indication that the body requires immediate hydration.
3. Dark-Colored Urine
Under normal circumstances, urine is pale yellow in color; however, if it appears dark yellow or orange, it is a sign of dehydration.
