If you're looking for something new, delicious, and quick, there's nothing better than coconut rabdi. This is a unique take on rabdi, where the sweetness and aroma of coconut make it even more special. Let's learn the easy recipe without delay.

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 liter of full-cream milk
1 cup coconut powder
1/2 cup sugar (more or less depending on taste)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
A few almonds and pistachios (for garnish)
Method:
First, bring the milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Keep the flame low and stir constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
When the milk begins to boil and thickens slightly, add the coconut powder.
Mix well and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, until the coconut flavor is well infused into the milk.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves.
Turn off the heat and let the rabri cool. Then, transfer it to a bowl and refrigerate it for at least 2-3 hours to thicken.
Serve the chilled coconut rabri garnished with chopped almonds and pistachios.
