Dharmendra Prayer Meet: Hema Malini will host Dharmendra's prayer meet; when and where will the prayer service be held in Delhi?

As the Deol family grapples with the loss of Dharmendra, memorial services are being held to remember the life and legacy of the legendary actor. Days after Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol held a prayer meeting in Mumbai, Hema Malini and her daughters Esha and Ahana are now set to hold another prayer meeting in New Delhi to pay tribute to Dharmendra.

Veteran actor Dharmendra passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 89, plunging the film industry and millions of fans into mourning. Following his funeral, a prayer meeting was held at the Taj Lands End in Mumbai on November 27, where many from the film industry gathered to pay their respects. On the same day, Hema Malini also held a separate prayer meeting at her Mumbai residence.

Sonu Nigam paid tribute by singing Dharmendra's favorite songs.
The tribute concluded with a musical segment by Sonu Nigam, who sang some of Dharmendra's most beloved songs, including 'Aa Ja Jaane Wale', 'Rahe Na Rahe Hum', 'Aaj Mausam Bada Beimaan Hai', and 'Apne To Apne Hote Hain'. Several stars, including Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Tiger Shroff, Vidya Balan, Aryan Khan, Vivek Oberoi, and Suresh Oberoi, arrived to pay their respects to Dharmendra. While many attended the service at Taj Lands End, some personally offered their condolences to Hema Malini at her Mumbai residence. Mahima Chaudhry, Fardeen Khan, and Sunita Ahuja, along with her son Yashvardhan, were among those who met the actress privately.

Before the Delhi prayer meet, Hema Malini also performed a Gita recitation at her home in memory of Dharmendra. Meanwhile, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol celebrated Dharmendra's 90th birthday with fans at their home today, December 8. 

When and where will Dharmendra's prayer meeting be held in Delhi?
According to media reports, Hema Malini, along with Esha Deol, Ahana Deol, Bharat Takhtani, and Vaibhav Vohra, will host a prayer meeting for Dharmendra on December 11, 2025 (Thursday), from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, Janpath, New Delhi.

The first prayer meeting, which was held on November 27 at the Taj Lands End in Mumbai, was hosted by the Deol family and saw a large turnout from the film industry. At the entrance, Dharmendra's sons Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, along with other family members, stood with folded hands.
