Sugar-Free Diet Recipe: Cravings for sweets often pose the biggest challenge for those following a diet. It is not easy to stay away from desserts, cakes, or sweet snacks, especially when trying to lose weight or adopt a healthy lifestyle. However, this doesn't mean you have to completely forgo sweet flavors. You can prepare easy recipes at home that use no added sugar yet are satisfying to the palate.

Today's sugar-free recipe is a great option for those who want something sweet but wish to limit added sugar in their diet. Ingredients like ripe bananas and dates provide natural sweetness, while oats and nuts add flavor and texture.
Making this doesn't require much effort or complex ingredients. However, "sugar-free" doesn't mean it is devoid of calories or natural sugars, so do keep portion sizes in mind.
Here is a recipe for healthy oats and nut *laddus* (energy balls) that can be prepared without sugar.

Step 3- Add a little milk as needed to form a thick mixture.
Step 4- Shape the mixture into small balls or *laddus*.
