What to do to reduce fatty liver
It should be controlled only when fat starts accumulating on the liver. Fatty liver can be cured again. Strict discipline is required for this. The patient has to control it by improving the diet. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease can usually take 2 weeks. For this, stay away from alcohol. Eat healthy food. Keep taking medicines on time. Keep weight, BP and diabetes under control.
