Feeling miserable in the scorching heat? Try this refreshing grape sherbet—it will provide your body with incredible cooling relief..

As the summer season arrives, everyone finds themselves troubled by the scorching sun and excessive sweating. In such times, our bodies constantly crave something cold and refreshing to drink. However, the cold drinks and packaged juices available in the market aren't particularly good for our health, and drinking plain lemon water every day can eventually become monotonous.

So, why not try something new and delicious this time around? That’s right—today, we bring you a sweet and tangy 'Grape Sherbet' (Grape Cooler) that will not only leave you feeling refreshed but also take excellent care of your health.

Grapes have a very high water content, which helps keep the body well-hydrated. Furthermore, grapes are rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, providing an instant energy boost to help you beat the heat, even under the scorching sun.

**Ingredients Required for Grape Sherbet:**
Fresh Grapes: 1 large cup (green or black—whichever you prefer)
Sugar or Honey: 2–3 teaspoons (to taste)
Black Salt: ½ teaspoon
Roasted Cumin Powder: ¼ teaspoon
Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon
Mint Leaves: 7–8 (for freshness)
Cold Water and Ice Cubes

**Easy Method to Prepare Grape Sherbet:**
First, thoroughly wash the grapes under running water to remove any dirt or impurities.

Now, add the grapes, sugar (or honey), black salt, roasted cumin powder, mint leaves, and half a cup of cold water into a blender jar. Blend all these ingredients until smooth.

Next, using a fine-mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a bowl or container to separate the grape skins and pulp.

Add the lemon juice and additional cold water (as needed) to the strained liquid.

And that’s it! Grab a nice glass, drop in 3–4 ice cubes, and fill it to the brim with this refreshing sherbet. For garnish, you can place a small slice of lemon on the rim of the glass, along with a couple of mint leaves on top.

Believe me, whether you return home exhausted from the summer heat or have unexpected guests drop by, this refreshing grape sherbet is sure to delight everyone.
