Ingredients

Wheat flour - 1 cup

Grounded fennel - 1 teaspoon

Grounded cardamom - 3

Grated coconut - 1 teaspoon

Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon

Milk - 4 tablespoons

Ghee - as required

Recipe

- First of all, put milk and sugar in a bowl and leave it to soak for about 1 hour.

- Till then, take another vessel, add flour, cardamom powder, fennel, and coconut powder it and mix well.

- When the sugar dissolves well in the milk, add it to the prepared flour and keep stirring.

- Keep stirring it until this flour takes the form of a paste.

- If the paste is thick, then add some water. Now take a pan and heat ghee in it.

- When the ghee is hot, put the gas on low flame. Now mix it in a spoon and spread it in the pan.

- Fry the puas on low flame only. Cook the Malpua by flipping it on both sides.

- You can enjoy it hot or cold as you like. Serve it with Rabri.
