Gatte ki Sabzi: You would have never eaten such hotel-style Gatte ki Sabzi before, definitely try it at home with this easy recipe

Gatte ki sabzi is a Rajasthani dish, which is made from gram flour. Soft and tasty Gatte in spicy gravy makes this dish special.
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
Gram flour- 1 cup
Celery- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 1 tbsp
Water- as required
Curd as required
Tomatoes- 2 (finely ground)
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Turmeric- as required
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Red chili powder- as required
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Asafoetida- 1 pinch
Oil- 2 tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Green coriander- for garnishing

Method:
First of all, put gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, celery, salt, curd, and oil in a vessel.
Now knead a hard dough by adding water little by little.
Make small cylindrical rolls from this dough.
Boil water in a vessel and add Gatte to it.
When Gatte floats up, boil for 7-8 minutes more.
Take out the boiled Gatte, cool it, and cut it into small pieces.
After this, heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds and asafoetida in it.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and ground tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili powder, and cook the spices well.
Beat curd and add it to the gravy and cook while stirring on low flame.
When the oil starts separating from the gravy, add 1 cup water to it and let it boil.
Now add chopped Gatte and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Finally add garam masala and green coriander and turn off the gas.
The Rajasthani dish Gatte ki Sabzi is ready.
Serve it with ghee-coated roti or paratha.
