**What are the prices in the international market?**
Prices for both gold and silver have declined in the international market (Comex) today. According to Comex data, at the time of writing, gold had fallen by 0.07%, with the price reaching $4,153.80 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver prices dropped by 0.43%, trading at $61.035 per ounce.

**A look at domestic market prices**
Prices for both gold and silver have also fallen in the bullion (domestic) market. Upon market opening, gold was seen trading at around ₹1.49 lakh per 10 grams. Similarly, silver prices dropped to trade around ₹2.25 lakh per kilogram.

**Where is gold trading on MCX?**
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), at the time of writing, gold for December delivery had fallen by ₹176, trading at ₹1,49,300 per 10 grams. Silver prices dropped by ₹500, reaching ₹2,25,700 per kilogram.

A decline in gold and silver prices was recorded as soon as the market opened today. Currently, 24-carat gold is trading at around ₹149,260 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold remains at approximately ₹136,822 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, 18-carat gold is trending near ₹111,945 per 10 grams. Silver prices in India are trading at approximately ₹225,860 per kilogram.
