Which oil can stop hair loss?
Coconut oil and curry leaves
Dr. Salim explains that coconut oil contains lauric acid, which is rapidly absorbed by the hair and prevents protein loss. Curry leaves contain beta-carotene and proteins, which strengthen hair roots. Add a handful of curry leaves to 1 cup of coconut oil and heat over low heat. Once fully cooked, strain the oil and store it in a glass bottle. Applying this oil 2 to 3 times a week strengthens hair and prevents hair fall.
Bhringraj and Amla oil
According to Dr. Salim, bhringraj and amla are very beneficial for preventing hair loss. To do this, mix 2 teaspoons of Bhringraj powder and 2 teaspoons of Amla powder in 1 cup of coconut oil. Heat this mixture over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain and store in a glass bottle. Apply this oil to your hair roots before going to bed and massage gently. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo in the morning. You can use this remedy 2 to 3 times a week. This will strengthen your hair and may even stop hair fall.

Does eating food stop hair loss?
Eating a healthy diet is crucial to preventing hair loss. If the body is not deficient in nutrients like Vitamin C, A, protein, iron, and biotin, hair loss will be prevented. To compensate for these nutritional deficiencies, you can include lentils, chicken, meat, pomegranates, oranges, Amla, pumpkin seeds, sweet potatoes, etc. in your diet.
