Apart from this, stress and poor lifestyle also increase this problem. At the same time, hormonal balance deteriorates due to excessive alcohol or smoking. Lack of physical activities can also reduce testosterone levels. Excessive use of some medicines can also trigger andropause.

If andropause occurs, it should not be taken lightly. Often people ignore it. They do not talk to the doctor about this. Which can cause health problems in the future. Risk of heart diseases, increased blood sugar, weakening of bones. Mental health including depression and anxiety can be adversely affected.
