'Kesari Chapter 2' is going to be released in theaters on 18 April 2025. Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan, and Ananya Pandey will be seen in the lead roles in this film. Before the release of this film, the entire star cast of Kesari Chapter 2 reached Amritsar, where they prayed for the success of the film at the Golden Temple. Ananya shared a picture of the Golden Temple on Instagram a short while ago, in which all the three main actors of 'Kesari Chapter 2' are seen. Madhavan is wearing a white kurta, Ananya is wearing a light pink colored suit and Akshay is wearing a blue kurta. All three are seen standing with folded hands. 'Kesari Chapter 2'

Kesari Chapter 2 is based on the Jallianwala Bagh massacre of 1919. In the film, Akshay Kumar plays the role of C. Shankaran Nair, who was a famous lawyer and leader of the Indian National Congress. He bravely fought in court against the British government to bring out the truth of the Jallianwala Bagh incident. At the same time, R. Madhavan (Advocate Neville McKinley) Ananya Pandey (young lawyer Dilreet Gill), and Regina Cassandra (Nair's wife Palat Kunhimalu Amma) are also in important roles in the film.
