This halwa, which can be prepared with minimal ingredients and in a short time, is the perfect option for the first kitchen ritual. So, if you are also stepping into the kitchen for the first time, Suji Halwa is not only easy to make but will also prove to be an excellent way to win over your family's hearts.
Ingredients for Suji Halwa:
1 cup semolina (suji)
½ cup ghee
1 cup sugar
2–3 cups water
Cardamom powder
Almonds and pistachios
Here's how to make it:
To make Suji Halwa, first heat ghee in a pan. Add the semolina and roast it until it turns light golden brown. Make sure the heat is low during this process so that the semolina roasts properly.
While the semolina is roasting, boil water in another pan and dissolve the sugar in it. Now, slowly add the sugar water to the roasted semolina and keep stirring.

Make sure to stir continuously. Cook until it thickens, and finally, add cardamom powder and dry fruits before serving. This halwa is the perfect choice for the first kitchen ritual.
