Ingredients
300 grams bottle gourd
1-liter milk
Half cup cream
6 teaspoons desi ghee
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons almonds
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Recipe
- To make bottle gourd rabri, first heat ghee in a pan.
- After this, put a bottle of gourd, milk, sugar, cream, and cardamom powder in the pan and cook well.

- When you feel that the gourd is cooked well and the milk has thickened, add almonds and turn off the gas.
- When the rabri cools down, take it out in a vessel and keep it in the fridge to cool.
- When the rabri cools down, garnish it with coconut and serve it chilled.
