On the 31st day of the Maha Kumbh Mela, on the fifth bathing festival Maghi Purnima, a huge crowd of devotees gathered in Prayagraj. The situation is similar to Mauni Amavasya. A crowd of devotees has gathered within a radius of 10 km of Prayagraj. By 6 am, more than 73 lakh devotees have taken a holy dip in the Sangam, while lakhs of devotees are continuously reaching Prayagraj by train, road, and flight. Complete arrangements have also been made by the administration for the bath of Maghi Purnima. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself has been keeping an eye on the fair area from the war room since 4 am.

On the occasion of Maghi Purnima, till 06:00 am, 73 lakh 60 thousand devotees have taken a holy dip. 10 lakh Kalpvasis and 63 lakh 60 thousand devotees took a holy dip in the Sangam. By February 11, more than 46 crore 25 lakh people have taken a holy dip in the Maha Kumbh. According to the information, 2 lakh people reach Prayagraj station every two hours by train. Apart from this, people are also reaching by their vehicles.
Kalpvasis will return home today
Maghi Purnima has special significance. On this day, the resolution of Kalpvas of Kalpvasis who do hard penance and chant on the sand of Sangam for a month is fulfilled. After which Kalpvasis return to their homes after taking a bath and donating. Many devotees are reaching from every corner of the country and from abroad in the bathing festival of Maghi Purnima. Mini India is being seen in this fair of Mahakumbh. The devotees coming here are completely satisfied with the arrangements of the Yogi government. The devotees coming to the Mahakumbh fair are also raising slogans of PM Modi and CM Yogi.

Flower showers is also being done on the devotees from helicopters by the Yogi government. Despite the heavy crowd, there is no decrease in the enthusiasm of the devotees. Even after walking for several kilometers, there is no sign of fatigue on people's faces. Devotees taking a dip in the confluence are also seen thanking Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
