That is why eating it on fasting days is very beneficial. To make soft Makhana Paratha, follow the recipe given by us. It is gluten-free and is prepared with fewer spices. Its taste is amazing, which is remembered for many days. In such a situation, whenever you wish to eat a spicy dish of Makhana, then its name will come on the tongue.

Ingredients
1 cup makhana (coarsely ground)
2 boiled potatoes
1 teaspoon rock salt
1 teaspoon green chili (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon ghee (for frying)

Recipe
- First of all, dry roast makhana and grind it coarsely. Now take boiled potatoes in a vessel and mash them well.
- Now put ground makhana, mashed potatoes, green chili, rock salt, and coriander leaves in a vessel and knead the dough from it.
- If the dough is getting too hard, then add some water or curd to it and make a soft dough.
- Now keep the dough covered for 5-10 minutes. Then make small balls of dough and heat the pan.
- Roll the dough with light hands and make parathas and put the paratha on the pan, apply ghee on both sides, and fry till it becomes golden.
- Once the paratha is ready, serve it with curd or chutney.
