Ingredients for making raw mango chutney
Raw mango
Fresh coriander
Mint leaves
Green chillies
Salt
Black salt
Roasted cumin
Asafoetida
Method
To make sour mango chutney, first of all, wash the raw mango thoroughly and peel it. After peeling, remove its seed and cut it into small pieces.
When the raw mango is cut into small pieces, then wash the green coriander and mint thoroughly and chop them too. After this, chop the green chillies too, and keep them in a bowl.
When all the ingredients are ready, put all the ingredients in a blender. After this, add salt, black salt, roasted cumin and asafoetida according to taste.
Now add some water and run it in the mixer. When it is completely blended, turn off the mixer and take out the chutney in a glass bowl.
