Metro In Dino Review: 'Metro In Dino' shows the importance of relationships in a different way, Anurag Basu's magic remains intact..

It is said that the string of relationships is very delicate. We all have to work hard to maintain it. Many times in life, for the happiness of these relationships, we have to compromise with ourselves; only then does this string become stronger. Anurag Basu's new film 'Metro in Dino' explains the importance of relationships in our lives and your life. In the year 2007, Anurag Basu brought 'Life in a Metro', which had different stories of people living in Mumbai. But now, after almost 18 years, Anurag Basu's metro of relationships has left Mumbai and reached four different metro cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. In 'Metro in Dino', Anurag has shown the importance of love and relationships at every stage of life, from teenage to old age. Let's know how the film is and how the acting is.

Story
The story of 'Metro in Dino' is woven around four couples who live in different cities. If there is something common among these four couples, it is their problems regarding relationships and love. Mumbai-based married couple Monty (Pankaj Tripathi) and Kajol (Konkona Sen Sharma) are a happy couple from the outside, but from inside their relationship is in turmoil. There is also an angle of Monty and Kajol's daughter in the story, which remains a big question for today's children.

On the other hand, Shivani (Neena Gupta) and Sanjeev (Saswata Chatterjee) in Kolkata have been living a married life for the last 40 years. For them, it is important for the family and both daughters to be happy. But are these two happy in their lives? This is a big question. Because when it comes to college reunion, Shivani remembers her classmate and old love Parimal (Anupam Kher). This story shows the importance of compromise in married life and the happiness of the family.

Shivani's younger daughter and Kajol's sister, Chumki (Sara Ali Khan) works in Delhi and is about to marry her long-time boyfriend, Anand. But is she sure about all this? Because Chumki's problem is that she is very confused in her life. She is not able to understand what she wants in life. Then suddenly she meets Parth (Aditya Roy Kapur) from Bangalore. This story shows the confusion of love and relationships in today's generation.

The fourth story is of a married couple living in Mumbai, Akash (Ali Fazal) and Shruti (Fatima Sana Shaikh). Both are happy with each other. This loving couple also seems to be struggling to balance love between career dreams and personal life. Shruti gets pregnant and wants a child, but Akash, who is in a corporate job, wants to follow his passion for music. Does their marriage survive? This story shows the struggle between career and relationships.

Another story is about Shivani's old friend Parimal (Anupam Kher), who lives alone with his widowed daughter-in-law in Kolkata. He wants his daughter-in-law's happiness more than his own and asks her to start her life again. However, the daughter-in-law stays with Parimal to fulfill the promise she made to her dead husband. This story shows how relationships are more important than one's personal happiness. All these stories connect with each other and show the importance of relationships and love.
