4 bowls of mint leaves

1 grated cucumber

2 bowls of curd

Green chillies

Small onion finely chopped

Tomato finely chopped

Green coriander

Pomegranate seeds

Chat masala

Black salt

Cumin powder

Sugar

Salt

Method

- First of all, wash 4 bowls of mint leaves and coriander leaves and keep them aside.

- Now grind these mint and coriander leaves in a mixer.

- Take a big bowl and add finely chopped green chilies, onion, and tomato along with two bowls of curd.

- Now add grated cucumber to it.

- Now add cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, salt, and sugar as per taste and mix everything well.

- You can also add some water as per requirement.

- After this, add finely chopped coriander and pomegranate seeds to it.

- Now keep this raita in the fridge for some time to cool down.
