Although some things are made for a special occasion, there is no rule that they cannot be enjoyed on normal days. If you like its taste, then make it whenever you wish and eat and feed it. Right now we are referring to Mohan Bhog, which people usually make on Janmashtami to offer as Prasad to Lord Krishna. Its taste is so amazing that one feels like enjoying it again and again. All the members of the house are eager for it and this sweet dish satisfies them. Happy occasions can also be celebrated with it. You can prepare this delicious sweet with the help of the recipe given by us.

Ingredients
1 liter milk
Ghee
2 teaspoons cashews
2 teaspoons raisins
1 cup semolina
2 cinnamon sticks
4 crushed green cardamoms
1 cup sugar
Method
- For this, first of all, put 1 liter of milk in a pan and keep it to heat. Meanwhile, heat 1 spoon of ghee in a pan.
- When the ghee is hot, add 2 spoons of cashew nuts and 2 spoons of raisins and fry them.
- When both the things are lightly fried, take them out of the pan, and then in the same pan, put 1 cup of semolina and fry on medium flame.
- When lightly fried, add 1/2 cup of ghee to the pan mix it with the semolina and stir it well.
- When the color of the semolina becomes light red, add 2 cinnamon sticks and 4 crushed green cardamoms and stir it.
- When a light boil starts appearing in the semolina, then add the milk which was kept to heat beforehand.
- Lower the flame of the gas and let the semolina and milk cook well. You have to keep stirring it in between.

- When this mixture becomes very thick, then add 1 cup of sugar and stir it well.
- Now add the already fried cashew nuts and raisins and stir it. You can garnish it by finely chopping pistachios and other dry fruits.
