Ingredients for making mango seed mukhwas: 10 mango seeds.
1 jug of water
Half a teaspoon of ghee
1 teaspoon black salt
Half a teaspoon of red chili powder
Method of making mango seed mukhwas: First of all, wash the mango seed thoroughly with water. Dry these seeds in the sun or after keeping them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, and dry them well with the help of a towel. Now break these seeds with a hammer and remove the mango seeds. Take them out in a vessel and put them in water. Now put it in a cooker and give it a 1 whistle. When the pressure of the cooker is released, cool the seeds and dry them with the help of a tissue or towel. Now cut it into small pieces. After this, keep a pan on the gas. Heat ghee in it and put mango seeds in it and roast them on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Add black salt and red chili powder to it and keep cooking for another 10 minutes. After this, put them in the oven tray and bake for 5 minutes. When they become crispy, store them in a glass container.
