You must have tasted sweet vermicelli at some point in time. It has made a place in the hearts of people due to its special taste. Today we will tell you the recipe for making salty vermicelli. Its taste is even more amazing. It will be a great choice for breakfast. Especially those people will like this dish even more, who are bored with the same kind of breakfast. You can also increase or decrease the things in this recipe according to your health and taste. By following the method mentioned by us, you can prepare it very easily and in very little time.

Ingredients
2 cups broken vermicelli
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped potato
1 finely chopped tomato
2 finely chopped green chillies
5 to 6 curry leaves
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt, according to taste
4 teaspoons oil
Method
- First of all, take out the vermicelli from the packet and break it, and keep it on a plate.
- Now heat a pan and roast the vermicelli in it till it turns brown.
- Then keep it in a plate and heat oil in the pan.

- Fry cumin seeds in oil and then add all the vegetables one by one. Also add green chillies, salt and cook.
- Now fry curry leaves, potatoes in another vessel and add turmeric, red chilli, salt, a little sambar or Maggi masala, and add some water and cook the masala.
- Now add vermicelli in it. Mix everything and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame by covering it.
- Do not stir it much. As soon as it is cooked, squeeze lemon in it and serve. If you want, you can add dry fruits and vegetables of your choice and use ghee instead of oil.
