Here we are going to tell you the method of making these three dishes so that you can also prepare delicious bhog for the girls on this day.

First of all, prepare halwa

To make semolina pudding, you will need ghee, one bowl of rava, two bowls of sugar, four bowls of water, cardamom powder, and dry fruits. Keep in mind that measure semolina, water, and rava in the same bowl. When you measure it, first of all, put ghee in a heavy bottom pan and add rava to it. Now fry it on low flame till it becomes golden. When it turns golden, take it out and keep it on a plate.

Now add water and sugar to that pan. When the water becomes a little hot, add roasted semolina to it. Meanwhile, mix cardamom powder in it. Stir it like this for some time. Now keep it covered for five minutes. When it is cooked properly, cut almonds and cashews into small pieces and add them on top. Halwa is ready.

Now prepare the chickpeas.

To prepare chickpeas, you will need Kabuli chickpeas soaked overnight. Along with this, you will need ghee, cumin seeds, rock salt, green chilies, and green coriander. To prepare it, first, take out the soaked chickpeas from the water and boil them. After this, put ghee in a pan, add green chilies, and cumin seeds and mix it.

When it is properly roasted, add boiled chickpeas to it. Meanwhile, add salt as per taste and mix. Now fry it well. When it is properly fried, add green coriander to it and turn off the gas.

Finally comes the turn of Puri

After preparing Halwa-Chana, you have to prepare Puri at last. For this, knead the dough as per your requirement. When the dough is kneaded, make small balls of it and roll Puri from it.
