Ingredients

Cottage cheese – 250 grams
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Curd (thick) – 1/2 cup
Cream – 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 2 tablespoons
Milk – 1 cup
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Green chillies – 2
Kasuri methi – 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon – 1/2 inch
Ginger (chopped) – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Water – 1/2 cup
Cashews – 3/4 cup
Salt – as per taste

Method – First of all, put the ingredients of the spices sequentially in a pan. After this, cook them for some time and then grind them in a mixer.

- After this, take butter, oil in a separate pan and add dry spices and cook till it becomes hot.

- After this, add the already prepared ground masala paste to it. Keep cooking it until the entire paste is fried well.

- Then add curd to the prepared paste and mix it well. Heat it until the oil and curd separate.

- After this, add milk slowly to it and mix it well. Let it cook until it thickens. Meanwhile, cut the paneer into medium-sized cubes.

- Put these cubes in the gravy solution and let it cook for 10 minutes. Now your Nawabi Paneer is ready.
